I was fortunate enough to live in my CBD apartment for around fifteen years. I loved living in the city – and it certainly made it easy for boys from across Melbourne to catch a train or tram to my door. When I moved to NYC for a year I moved my bed into the lounge and locked all my personal things in the bedroom and rented it as a short stay studio. When I moved out with my partner I rented it out as a one bedroom, but I decided that it would be more fun to convert the bedroom into a playroom (it practically was anyway with the hooks in the roof).
So these days, people can either rent the apartment as a studio, but those in the know can also get access to the Soxster Playroom. It comes equipped with two slings, a massage table, lighting and camera mounts, and some fun things to play with. Message me for more details.
